RULERRR is a cheater... paid him the money, and he signs off and never hear from him again until I cancel the payment.... DO NOT TRUST HIM

This mdog promise that he will remove such a post like this, cuz we make agreement after he block my paypal account, and i could not refund his money, only paypal can.

I do everything i could, I even gave paypal email and password so mdog logged on my account.

How ever me and mdog we are still in negotiation about my account, but after he will refund money back. I'm not fault, Its mdog fault, mdog had 59 days 21 our to refund his money. even he send and after 3 hours dispute transaction I could not give my usko acc. cuz my paypal account its empty. how ever I save chat logs and I can aproval.
