Curt is a scammer?

We had a deal for 19gbs for my 60dollars

He said the first transaction didn't go through so i had to accept a bill request. I couldnt on my account so i then used my fathers account.
I sent payment and he again said that didn't work so he sent a bill request. He said he would not claim those payments. So at this point i am down 180 dollars with no goldbars. I dispute my first payment on my paypal since he doesn't need the 180 only the 60, and he says he will give goldbars after i cancel my dispute. I cancel it so at this point he HAS 60dollars with nothing i can do about it. Seeing as Tuesday has passed my dad is going to dispute BOTH of the charges on his account since i have not received ANYTHING at this point.
So I am down the 60dollars from my paypal account AND I have not received any goldbars. SO, Curt you either owe me 19goldbars or my 60dollars back.
Both of my parents charges are being disputed and we will NOT cancel them so you will not be able to use that as an excuse.
Sorry it has come to this.
I am honestly expecting well since everybody believes I am a scammer I will be one etc.
Please prove me wrong and uphold your name
