well like private jsut said this was a special case because i had him do an item dispute and cancel it and paypal saw i resolved that issue quickly and efficiently but I called paypal and i told them what they already knew was going on and the rep told me to provide them with his IP address to catch him attempting fraud cause they would obviously check all the IP logs for his account. and I got it from a mod on here nd gave it to them they told me 3 days nd its been 4 days nd i got my money today =D
