FuriousKo - new scammer - watch out

Posting for a friend.

Well..
FuriousKo aka Alex shared a character named "ItzSash" on Cypher, the character owner wasn't exactly active which basically gave Alex the option to simply do whatever he want with the account.
Whether it was EXPing, Farming, PK or in this case, just scamming his items.

Once the owner logged in he noticed that all his items were gone and Alex had him deleted from Skype too.

Few days later, ItzSash and the guy(AKA Mehmet) Alex sold the items to, got in touch and spoke about it.
Mehmet told Sash that his friend's account is blocked for having stolen items in his possession (the items Alex stole from Sash).
At first, Sash thought that Mehmet is trying to troll him or something but Mehmet went and spoke with Alex about it, he took screenshots of the conversation they had and sent it to Sash.

[20] I tried to contact him as well, unlike Sash, he didn't delete me off his Skype list so I tried to push him but he didn't even bother replying.

the weird thing is that he had full access to sash's account in gordion, while the account in gordion used to be one of the most if not most geared character on the server, i don't get why he would scam him on cypher while he could have scammed him for thousands of dollars in gordion. sad to see this happen tho, sorry for the loss

Just goes to show you never can really trust someone. Even if they live down the road and you can threaten them with a shotgun, let alone on the internet.

BTW if the paypal payment was sent using goods and services method, buyer has paypal protection as of about a year ago. It is possible to get the money back if you dispute it properly. Best option would be to say the item was not delivered, and if scammer can't provide proof of delivery the guy mehmet could get his money back.

Oh well. The case is pretty much solved already. In the future I suggest to anybody to doubt people who have sick family members. It's such a cliché pity seeking thing to say. It also lowers your defense and you're more likely to trust a person because most people rely on empathy.

Well, yes.

Mehmet trusted him not because of what Alex said about his mother, apparently he sold/bought from him many items back in 2014-2013 (in Resurrection).
Sash trusted him because he used to share with him his character for nearly a year back in Anatolia.
