    Whether he has someone in his family with cancer or not, it doesn't give him the right to steal money from someone else, he could ask for help but taking without permission is basically stealing.

    How is giving a virtual item helping someone with cancer?

    It's not only exploiting another person, it's insulting and exploiting to the person with cancer.
