Killymanjaru's new owner is a scammer

I sold Killymanjaru to Spartacus, the dcz priest(Mahir and his cousin Chelse).
We settled that the payment of 250$ for killy with all the gear on it and 50$ for my cz warrior will be divided by 2.
First payment, of 150$, will be paid, then I'll give him the info to killy, then he'll pay another 150$ and I'll give him the info to the warrior.
Eventually I asked him to send 149$ and then 151$ so I'll know which payment is which.

He sent me 149$, but he forgot the fees, so I got 142.89$ instead.
He said he'll send 167$ on his second payment so I'll get the whole amount.
I gave him the info to killy, he changed the pw, the email and then bailed
(He added me on fb so we could communicate, after he got the info to killy he removed me from his friends list).
He has the secret answer, I never bought KC so I don't have any transaction codes.

So instead of getting 250$ for killy, I got 142.89$.
Luckily for me, I got the lvl 72 warrior with olds, magic shell, rappy+7 and a scorp scythe+6.

I got it all recorded:

Actually you can try send all infos, what you know about your character to k2 support and hope you get it back.
Im not sure, but if Im right you don't need enymore more kc codes or something else like that to get your account back.

Try send them your birthday, account create day, secret quest/answer, characters in account (lvls,names) etc.
Send them everything you know.

I tried getting him banned.
No one listens.
nothos, who I considered a friend, was all like "I won't do you any favors, you made an illegal trade, too bad he didn't steal the entire amount".
I won't even try contacting Pelos or Athenrye cause I'll get the same response.
