When you get around to banning someone you have to have undeniable proof. I could take a screen shot in Lunar War where tons of level 50's are running around and have 1 person redball.

Even though I know it's DLW, many other's can't prove it, and it's not solid proof.

Sorry to ruin this but level 50's can join Lunar War too.
Spike isn't a requirement to join a Lunar War.

I reality all you need is a ss with a full party to show how much np you gain per kill to prove it is dlw, and the offenders name somewhere on your screen. You dont need to show him redball. GM should be able to check the lvl.

It's still deniable... considering K2 doesn't keep track of who are war commanders.

All the evidence is based on hearsay, with people going "this guy never goes to Lunar War". Those are just words.

I KNOW the guy is bug abusing by being 60+ in DLW, I believe you. I'm just saying your case won't go very far because there isn't 100% undeniable proof here. Who cares if he's commander? You need something that directly proves it's DLW - not just a commander that "supposedly doesn't go to Lunar War". K2 doesn't know that. Show them something that they know already that they know it IS Dark Lunar War.
