Bug abusers in CZ

I know theres only a 1% chance of anything happening to these abusers but will post anyway.

Screenshots clearly show me not being able to attack them because they are inside tree, and them clearly able to attack me.

hmmmm i think the guy in tree can use only aoe skills so he cant kill u :P
How he get there?? maybe othere mage tp him up tree, i think that this is posible

i've been in a tree on a mage before, u can use any attack from there. dont know about that tree, but the one i went to i could get in by myself.
