Looking through all of the evidence i have banned Populery, i have also banned Casper due to conflicting IP's and first saying they didn't know eachother and now saying they are friends, i believe its the same guy.

If that is true, there is a ko4life account here called SuePlusTwo,
he tried buying GBs of ChubbyPenguin aka BabyImSelfish on forum.

I told chubby not to do it, seeing he was newly registered and had no post whatsoever. Was a good choice it seems

So ye, keep aware of SuePlusTwo then aswell, seeing its it probably the same guys as well. Should make an IP check on it if possible
