edit: + u have to be 16 to be able to do that anyways. (at least with the banks that i know of)

Not my position to judge as I dont know either party. Man that was some bad shit Nick had been through, either the unluckiest most unfortunate guy alive, or a liar. I have my own thoughts, but good to know u are trying to get back on your feet etc. But if u are on your backside and owe money left right and centre, how can u still afford to play, internet connection, pay rent, eat, exist.

Man whenever I owe money my 1st priority is to pay it back, even if that means I have to go without for a while. They helped u out, u pay them back. Thats life end of.

Kinda hard following this saga but hope u guys come to some resolution.

Listen i shouldn't recommend this, but considering the situation, you may want to purchase them from him and then issue a charge back. Unfortunately who i thought was a friend made a purchase from me only to charge back about 6 days later, luckily i was able to reverse it....now if he's not 2 smart, the charge back could work in your favor, and you could get your items back...i dunno if it is against policy here for a person to try to scam back his items from the person who scammed him, so please go easy on me lol....

he isnt purchasing anything from him and ill be sure to let him know about this as well that way he can prevent it. You guys must not be reading, He is not trying to scam this kid, he offered him 300 dollars and he refused and is now accepting this 300 dollars accounts for the items that Dan has put on his account. The screen shot of his Paypal is no way proof that he spent that much on Nicks charecter. Its Simply a screen shot of someons paypal who has used that much money.

i understand where ur comin from simple but imo he messed up his own rep when he denied to give back the the times 1st time instead of comin out and sayin "ok i want to keep some of the items u put on my account can we work something out" instead he just refused pass back the items and "didnt wanna talk about it"

wow i dont see nick being a scammer he has my info
and their is chitin +8 unsealed rocs and a few clan bank items
including a few gbs
and i leave alot for days sometimes and nothing ever has been touched by him
and dan personally if i was in nicks shoes having someone freak out

lol grim.. not to flame you but what you said right there makes no sense.. you gave me an ib+7 and said i can keep it, then i leave clan for a few hours to help a friend lvl and you start saying i scammed it from u, saying ur gonna post it on the forums.. and what did i do? gave it right back to u as soon as u asked, well i said wait til i come up from hob goblins but no, u kept flipping out over a 2gb item rofl.. like i would scam a noob item.. chokehold is obviously some kinda poor noob if he cant return items, pretty scumbaggish of him

Yea its true that he didnt give it back but everyone isnt the same and reacts diffrently to diffrent situations. But like i also said all of this was rushed im sure if this happened to me personally id have waited a little while to post a scamming topic about the person untill i was absolutely sure there wasnt a way for me to get my items back. Also by then id have enough hard evidence to accuse the individual without any questions being asked.

Again This was all rushed and the evidence provided is just inconclusive.
