when someone got ban, the clan lost the nps of banned pple... as soon as they got unban they wil recover. so this means 24m nps have been banned

Either being banned NOW takes your NP off the clan ( it didn't used to ) or their accounts had their NP wiped to go with the 30 day ban and item removal

Because according to the User Policies, bug abuse is 30 day ban, doesnt matter if it's the 1st offence or 10th offence. It's one of the only bans that doesnt lead to a perm after the 2nd or 3rd one

i dont play on edana, but they got banned because ultima repsawn time is 30 secs and they killed it few times on the same fragments?

No - the bug is that there is (was) a way to get everyone inside Ultima's chamber without using the correct amount of fragments to get in.
