Log into paypal, and you will see resolution center (tab). Click "file a claim", and the rest is self explanatory.

But beware, any dispute could get your account blocked for investigation.

but u r wondering how to reverse a payment on paypal...how is that related to cheating? does paypal have to do with the game itself? are u turning in any cheaters? if someone scammed u then that would be legit for this area
