Sold him a HB+2 reverse for 170 usd. Trade goes well at first. Then about 10 mins after the trade, I get a chargeback. He says another guy did a chargeback on him. Then he logs into msn today, and says he was banned in-game because some Turk hacked him, and that if I helped him he would give me 18gbs for the HB.A while later he says "I go play a private server, bb"

a lot of people have been scammed because of paypal on ko4life, dont know why people still use it :/ or any other similar methods

Unfortunately Vandy would have banned him with my transaction, but with my situation for some odd reason he ended up returning the shit about 5-6 days later. (2 bad that didn't happen with Dwight...) Second, there was a topic already on a guy who had made a transaction with this guy and it didn't go smoothly. Fyi he uses his mom's Account perfectly so she does the charge back on her CC claiming her son made a fraudulent purchase without her knowing.

He is still saying it is paypal's fault and that he will send the money when it is fixed, but I showed it to my dad, told him nothing about it and he said right away that he didn't have money in his account anymore.
Yea, that whole "failing to say I was hacked" thing is kind of weird. He told me he was hacked for 26gbs and an II+8, but he had 8gbs before I sold him the hb. And Im sure the HB+4 reverse is worth a bit more than 18gbs, so it just doesn't add up, and he doesn't say anything about losing his other gear or the 17gbs for buying rocs, so that is 17gb+25gb+29gb=more than II+8 and 8gbs, and that is only the stuff I am positive he had, and Im pretty sure you dont have an ii+8 and +6 str jewels. Hopefully vandy knows the guy, or his conscience tells him to do the right thing again.

So he did have the GBs to give me instead of USD.
So if he still isn't banned after this proof, either you know him way to well and can get my stuff back, or something is wrong.
P.S Crizen if you read this, I will happily pay the difference of the HB if you return it.

Sorry Vandy, but now Im just pissed. I was ok with being scammed, shit happens, but the fact this isn't the first time this kid has scammed someone really gets to me. Still waiting for an explanation as to why he was not banned before.
The minute you withdraw, if a charge back on you occurs, they will instantly make your account negative and deduct the amount from your bank account.Thats why wirthraw button is there :P[/b]
