who is TOTH ?

He is really strong, i was in arena at the same time. He said he has full +8 chitins and hes got dual +8 shards.
Hes also level 68, but not really really good cuz DecapitatoR beat him :lol:

just fought him. Spiked him for 750 not maliced. Normal. Beat him once, he didnt get my HP down at all. 2nd time I ran out of buffs but almost killed him (I almost died too) till uder tped me.
Nothing sketchy about him at all. Wakoo was watching.
