actually I burned both personals to +4 and same shit happened to clannies as well, imo anvil is just same as usko, just some ppl got luck that's all. And seriously does a maul +10 really matter? I doubt ppl would put a shard +9 into anvil to try make it +10 unless they're retarded.

if it was a personal shield I would use trina, else personals aren't good if they're not +7 unless it's a shield.

meh anvil rates are the same, it's just people cant resell the items they have got so they will just anvil them when they quit or get a better item or a different char. It's only statistics that some of those items will make it to a higher grade.
