it is, but no1 gets banned for it unless it improves your game play, like when you disable cooldowns or w/e you can do with it

Its against TOS to edit the game files in anyway yes, even the black UI skin is technically illegal.

What you would need to do is edit the FX file for eskrima after locationg it. Could edit it via photoshop or even paint.

Yes, they can't even ban people who blatantly hack..what chance do they have of a client side edit haha. Would be epic if you did it good xD
