As u can see person who is upgrading is a 1337 duper..but not so 1337 as rouge Centilmen just little left from anvil. Pray to the God (or what ever) that this is just a graphic glitch.

if i could i'd dupe my lvl 70 dagger i'd do it too and have like 1000 daggers of chemical and hope i would make 1 +7 atleast... :/

Its not dupe, its from when you could bug quests, there is a guy on deiz human side, that has a +7 Sword of player,spear of player,and sheild of player, he just kept doing the quest OVER and OVER and OVER till he got them +7 then stoped now he has all 3 of them +7 and he is pretty 1337
Maybe the person who took the ss has edited files?
thats not 1337 ...
I hoped they tracked those who did quest bug and at least deleted their personal weapons.
