Yep it's because they stole launcher from another KO I think.
I used to also see the start button and shit in Chinese or Korean text...

we all know who made knigh sometimes u can see luncher in japans lang. try burn dvd, make video, and start luncher than sometimes u will see japans lang... that is old story...
