Yep it's because they stole launcher from another KO I think.
I used to also see the start button and shit in Chinese or Korean text...[/b]

Yup i remember seeing this. When a patch was dling and you put a window over the launcher you would get a foreign language on the buttons.

This was one of the first things i noticed on the launcher :P. It happens the same way, if you put a window over the launcher and pull it away fast you will see those pictures for a split second.
