I never understood most bp. If you are going to use hp armor most of the time, then why max str? Did you know that you get 1 def for every point into health above 100? If you move 49 points from str to health, you get 120 in health and 20 more def. Then put on str armor to get back you ap. That is my 2cent.

it depends on person preference... i use str set 90% of time for xp.. only use hp for pk.. so tht build is useless for me

BP's are built for xp but their supreme AP and ability to debuff an ability makes them good for pk as well, but in turn lowers their AC dramatically
