No it's not, it hits randomly but when it does crit damage it hits big, ie: 3k+ to any lvl 80 char geared or not...I hear people hitting for 5-6k but no USKO SS yet, still waiting

And the SS of his AP is good, but not the best around, at least there

but he was the first lvl 80 on logos so there were also alot of nubis on logos so could be possible...
