You can summon any boss, highest i ever saw was HQ from it.

i have gotten so far 6x monster summon sc

and i have gotten bosses like, duke,bach, hyde, attilla, hq, talos, javana, barrk, shaula, lobo TK. and yes it does summon high class bosses but the rate u would get bosses like tk, hq, talos etc is fuking low.
