I think this discussion makes no sense at all. There are pros and contras for both kind of music and there's no "better" music because it's relative(like everything). Depends on what you like. So you might just let it go this way. Bryan doesn't like it, we do, that's it.

Ohh but one thing: death metal has nothing to do with emo shits, that's completely different.(Tokio Hotel for example)
