From what i've seen on the Exceptional dragon flight, it gives more bonus than the Normal dragon flight, Unless i'm mistaken?

whats the difference when crafting the exc. vs normal.. ?

is there different items u turn in to get the exc ones? or is it random ? :huh:

That is not USKO, thats an ss of the hellsgarem event.

I believe the only armors you can obtain nowadays are the exceptionals, correct me if I'm wrong but; aren't the normal new shells only from medallions?
Medallions don't exist anymore, so exceptionals are the only legit ones pretty much.
Also, the word "Exceptional" disappeared from all of those types of items recently so you can't tell, aq.

let me explain this..

you COULD get NONexceptional (regular) ones ONLY from exchanging medals, so you won't find many (since they are burned/replaced with exce ones, cuz they r better)
you CAN get exceptional ones ONLY from crafting - u need some giga hammer's, krowaz's, cuff binder's & scarlet moss' pieces + shaped fragment from sundres (the reciepe can be found in the manufacturer)
and new armors are the only ones, which still HAVE 'exceptional' part in front of them - if they didn't, it would be kinda hard to guess what r u buying/selling, cuz their stats as a SINGLE ones is exactly the same... the only difference is when you get atleast 2 parts of them
you can NOT compound exceptionals with regulars - I mean, you can have, let's say 3 exce & 2 regular, but exce ones will give you bonuses from having 3x exceptional and regulars from having 2x regular

that's Championship ffs... it was full of bugs (and korean glitchers ...) but stats are the same afaik
