    .bmp file 16x16 or 32x32 i forget. put it in the symbol_us folder

    1. Copy the file (32x32 bmp or tga) to you symbol_us folder
    2. Overwrite if it asks
    3. Go to the cape npc in emc/luf
    4. Register symbol (u need 5m coin)
