Indeed, wasnt aware of that 15 months part. But 15 months ago, there was basicly no mage clan, so it wasn't a big deal back then. now, if many players would reply/make post regarding those kind of needed changes, im pretty sure something would happen, like when kurian were overpower couple weeks ago, and players complained about it, and it gets changed.
