I got one from the bitfrost generator in december of last year when the turks were duping fragments. I traded my Iron belt for 9999 fragments of avarice. Generator also droped trinas, goldbars, and totems.

GM can be fucking with you..
I don't know what to believe.. There are allot of CS around from GMs, and rumors about lesath dropping it.
I think lesath might be dropping it again since new moradon, cause we haven't seen anyone claiming they got them from lesath before that.
