so the higher the fps, the better the pc?

anyways.. wenn i play with fraps on for too long.. or wenn i fraps and a nova gets dropped near me.. the game gets weird.. and everyting i do goes faster. skill reload, walking etc..

so it makes me speedhack and tbl:P
