I could aim for 700-800FPS in the corner of the arena but I don't wanna OC my CPU any higher than 3.7GHZ even though I know I can give it like half a Ghz more. :P

you have same power supply like me but weaker GPU and slower RAM. I think most of price had to take CPU, coz such intel is powerfull ofc but very expensive.
