need some help

I don't know what section i need to put this, if wrong please move
But i need a Transparent symbol for my clan.
I have tryed the one " guide " thats on search, but don't work so good for me
So maybe anyone that knows how to do it and got time to do it, can help me
Would be so kind if someone can.

How it should look
I want all the blue gone ( transparent ) and only the white cross left, if thats possible.
