cypher isn't that bad...don't believe all the hype, I think other servers have some +9/+3 items just like us...



You wont see any +2 uniques/+9 items there...you also will not see a IN

As for best warrior...well I could beat everyone before they started to out lvl me...so I guess the highest lvls are the best (they also seem to have the best items -_-) like 3km3k and galaxyserkan.
