should be easier to solve if you have few npoints on your account.
you should do this:

1. Go to otp.nttgame.com
2. Login with your account (id pw).
3. It will redirect you to a page that asks for your OTP code, correct?
4. Instead of filling this(you can't, because you can't access your OTP like you said yourself), you will have to choose the option "Mobile Authentication"
5. Once you are in, under "My ICS" you should have "Re-send auth code & OTP ID".
6. Simply click resend (will cost you 5npoint), then you'll receive a new auth code and otp id via a SMS to your registered phone number.
7. reinstall your OTP (on pc or mobile) and use the new authcode, otp id you just received via SMS.
8. Make sure you pick a password you remember this time >_>.
