Not sure about the raum but most cursed weps seem to cancel attacks / heals of some sort so probably the same

Raum skill takes away your weapons so you can't attack for 3 seconds.

In a vs with it, it will activate like 3 times atleast and sometimes loads.

You don't wanna know what the mage staff skill does..
