just because you saw it doesnt make it real, all is not what it seems. A +10 rare item should have more elemental than 72. All rare elementals go with staff elementals, +8 is 64, +9 is 72, +10 is higher than 72 (not sure number). Its exactly the same as that unique deepscar which was a +2 RB ds.
