I don't know if this is the case but during Lunar war times sometimes i load my DLW and he looks like he is wearing shells because everyone has the special "costume." Even BPs looks like their in shells. So maybe he was in Lufferson when the war started and then went to ardream?

2nd it wasnt war time cause when its lw u can go to arrdream and if its dlw u dont have shell
