Its just a joke, geez.
Obviously its not the first, but because there are SO many illegal items on pathos now. So I though maybe I can show that not everything +9 is illegal(like people keep saying), and maybe lighten the mood a little.

not all +9's r illegal and u can make em easily cuz i made rogue chitin set +9 and crimson +9 set and few others +9 myself

soon am gonna make a +10 and frap it to show ppl that it is possible

I didnt really try to make it, I just had an extra +8 chitin piece and 2 extra trinas, so I decided to throw it on the anvil.
But whenever I really try to make something I lose it all xD...
