You have to have ventrilo to play it.

Here are a few simple steps to explain it:

1. In vent, right click and go to view.
2. In view, go to record/playback.
3. Once record/playback is opened, go to the open button, and then you will see a box, drag the file into the box.
4. Select the file and then play it.

If you still dont get it I'll post some ss of me adding the file, opening record/playback, etc..
