it is probably a product of duped gigas or a GM injected item. i knew a lvl 75 mage on ares that got a +31RB crimson robe from a corrupted GM.

my guess its ko2le...i use it to tp annoying turks into random spots all over moradon or elmo just to piss them off and it has the lvl in brackets...oh and to get those bugged remnants in LW that go up on hills...free uniques ftw h34r: which then get sold and the money is burned via anvil/chaotic generator
