this was when I was lvl 70 and only ThePosion had +4 rebirthed exc raptor / acoustic with +8 raptor.

i didnt say anything about the EE , the bow owns but the HxB+9 with ap enchant on has more ap than IB +8 =x

horn xbow +10 realy rulez, i had +9 horn xbow on my archer and i can say it's like IB +8 because i saw that horn shot a litle slower.
But horn xbow +10 + AP scroll = wtf

Yeah he also had various +8 items near the start, a bit after the drama of YourOwnedNoob ( or whatever his name was ) who gave the +8 items away.
