Why would you post this, it's been the same neck since it first started dropping...only the text has changed -.-

my interpetation of it is maybe 5% damage increased to all players, but there are belt that use to drop with % damage increases and they didnt work wonder if this will actualy work

technincally, add this up if u ware this necklace, along w/ pathos glvoes, w/ 3% attack power per class, u could be hititng ppl 11% harder, along w/ the 2% for each glove whcih only adds to ap, so in theory ur hitting another class for 15% harder then you would w/o them, so.... normally u do lets say 400 damage w/ a skill, u would then be doing 460, and the damage % goes up with the more damage u do, the harder u will hit...

my best guess, this necklace would be sick on a mage, since nova ppl does a lot of damage along w/ all your individual attack skills as fire mage
