:s I know its big Its my first effort so i overdid it a bit with the quality (used high quality (large) in Windows Movie maker). Anyone know a better profile to compress it?

use divx :P it makes the movies a lot smaller

it compressed mine from like 300 mb to 150 mb and about the same quality
