In turkey anything is possible.

And its not changing the files because, every single item that usually glows with a purple or anyother color would come out to a fire color like the flaming shard. And as you can see the glaves and what not, they are glowing purple.

Probably a questbug abuser that just got unbanned and didnt get items taken away, or maybe a lucky turkish player that got them from quest bug (recent or not Recent) and is still around.
