    Nope , my noob friend just burned 3x BP armors to +9 , and then 1 upgrade trina + BUS from +8 to +9 and its worked.
    He made aleardy 4 or 5 times +9 items , 2 times or 3 Fp +9 , 1 time chitin DD helment +9 for priest , and 1 time II to +9 h34r:

    Also to rebirth this kind of weapons its awesome , glow ass bitch , i dont care if they town , atleast they town not me :P
    And i still not 70 , and lvls 75 warriors ran away when people watch the vs lmao :S

    P.S Danny , you really will give raptor +9 + IN for it? if yea ill ask my friend who made this weapon , if he decide to take it ill drop you pm.
