There was a quest in ROFD patch in moradon where u could get Elemental staff +5/8mp bonus or +5/8 Ele dmg, looks like he took the +5/8 mp bonus and upgraded to +9. Dno if the quest is still there.[/b]

U could get Wizard Staff +5 / 8mp .. not elemental . I still have mine at inn :P
On topic .. that stuff sux balls , even with woe+7 u hit harder on mobs .. maybe it could be good if u r ice .. to increase dmg for a bit .

u couldn't upgrade those if u could the priest one would own on the start of servers will its still half decent but yeh can't upgrade those its was i said its left over from when u could add stats to all weps just a bug happened a few times usually they deleted most of them then again this is k2 they fail at most things
