The way I see it, is that once someone starts saying he did double pot, everyone else follows that person's decision. I'm not sure, but I think I remember this DawyJons from Lost Soulz, I remember he was a really good minor rouge there, but forgot if he was cheating there as well.

But anyway I can't judge, cause my youtube image isn't very clear, but I'm just saying there are people out there that know how to control it's potting well.
