Well yea i noticed it ages ago , since i have lvl 70 skill and its do effect like 80 skill , + personal went to CS.
But it was really weird , i mean bug in zone? or character...

thats easy i found it out like 2 months ago:P his def is something like -300 and on my lvl 59 warrior ppl were hitting me like 50-60 when i did it, and yes it doesnt work in cz i have tested it(go test it in cz a lvl 70 warrior will hit you like 3000)

only work in arena, he likes to slide when he redballs when it comes to cz fights.

First he killed me naked , i even didnt watched the dmg , then i told him wtf 66 + missed? he said GG uniqes and all the crap :S but ofcorse i didnt believe , something was fishy.

me and cepelasse tried a thing once... He put on all his HP armor, got Undying (almost 10k hp)
then he put on all his shell and a shield... and got maliced...
then he took off all of his armor and shield and had -2-300 AC ...
first time i 1 hitted him over 5000dmg with a BP with 1800ap :P

Then we redid everthing and he had even less AC... - something... then when i hitted him i did the same dmg like in the SS


But this warrior was fully geared?? so i dont think its the same

Even when he was naked , i hitted him like 66 i still , really really not high dmg , well he bugged it.
As i said he own me naked , but well i couldnt do dmg..
