how do you get the items so you can create all the new eventstuff?

to get the spear and the axe or w/e (only last 5 days or smth), you go to the big ass NPC next to the anvil and do the quest (first option), get 10 pieces of each, and you get a spear/axe. Only one I know of so far, still wondering about helmet of wrath

well right when the game was patched people where getting helmet of wraith + 999 ibex/crisis nd 30/30 also nd a voucher for wraith helmet it was bugged all u did was right click the lady by the premium guy forgot the name
people where bugging it of course but so much for them kuz k2 was actually smart and deleted the bugged stuff but i still dont know how to get the helmet i want one >.<

Ive got the helmet of wrath on 0fficier. It give 50% Noah bonus only. Looks wierd.

Confirmed. When I equipped my Helm of Wrath it also gave me a %50 noah bonus.
