How do u die 2 in 1?

i got killed in CZ eariler today but buy two people at the same time this has never happened to me before can somebody explain?

just a bug that happens when you get hit 2 times within like .00001 seconds. It's rare, so don't let it bother you.

happened to me when i had 800m on a level 53 in a war

this can happen if 2novs or 2persons hit u at excapt the same time and kill u, then u die 2times..
