http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ install free one .... open it, drag ko vid in there .. takes 3-4 mins to convert then u can put on ure ipod

Use Itunes to sync your mp3s and mp4s. Search for a video converter that converts to mp4. For example, 'avi to mp4 converter'. I use Apollo Video Converter but there are free ones over the net.

PS: there are other programs alternatively to Itunes.
