how to make pk movie?

i need to know wat program to use to make pk movie i know fraps but meh it lags my comp -.- and to add all clips and make the size smaller and where to download

I have a problem with fraps, but its a little different, hopefully someone can answer the problems with fraps, I have a cracked version of it that I can e-mail you if you'd like, but the problems I always have is the video clips are saved as MASSIVE avi files, and I don't know how to compress them.

fraps records raw uncompressed video, so a few minutes of video will be a gig or two. You can use Virtualdub to compress the video and audio down to a reasonable size. I suggest that u use the H264 codec for video, and just a decent mp3 rate, you should be able to get a video from a few gigs down to a few hundred megabytes.

u use virtual dub to to compress the ginormous uncompressed video file that fraps makes to make it a much much more manageable size.

i got cracked fraps version but it makes me lag i wanna know some program that dont make my comp work so hard
